English Proficiency Score Submission Procedure

TOEFL iBT

Requirements:

* Applicants should meet both requirements to be considered for scholarship selection.

Both TOEFL iBT test at test center and TOEFL iBT Home Edition will be accepted for IISMA scholarship application. TOEFL iBT My Best score will not be considered.

Tests result should have been announced after 15 August 2022, and received by IISMA by the end of application date at the latest to be considered as valid. Tests taken prior to this date will not be considered.  

Official scores must be reported directly to IISMA from Educational Testing Service. The IISMA institutional code is D042 (Indonesian International Student Mobility Awards). Individual department code numbers are not necessary. As long as the institutional code of D042 is selected, the score will be electronically delivered to IISMA.

IELTS

Requirements:

* Applicants should meet both requirements to be considered for scholarship selection.

Both IELTS Academic paper-based and IELTS Academic computer-based tests will be accepted for the IISMA scholarship application. IELTS General Training scores will not be considered.

Tests result should have been announced after 15 August 2022, and received by IISMA by the end of application date at the latest to be considered as valid. Tests taken prior to this date will not be considered. 

Official scores must be reported directly to Indonesian International Student Mobility Awards from IELTS by: 
1. Visiting your Test Taker Portal
2. Choose
Recognising Organisation
3. Click Choose Registration;
4. Add “Indonesian International Student Mobility Awards”; 
5. This can be done both before or after you received your result. 

IELTS Online is not acceptable.

Duolingo English Test

Requirements:

* Applicants should meet both requirements to be considered for scholarship selection.

Tests result should have been announced after 15 August 2022, and received by IISMA by the end of application date at the latest to be considered as valid. Tests taken prior to this date will not be considered.   

Official scores must be reported directly to IISMA from Duolingo. Duolingo institutional code is ‘Other Institution’ and search for the name “Ministry of Education, Culture, Research, and Technology Indonesia”. As long as the institutional code of Ministry of Education, Culture, Research, and Technology Indonesia is selected, the score will be electronically delivered to IISMA.

TOEIC

Requirements:

* Applicants should meet both requirements to be considered for scholarship selection.

Tests result should have been announced after 15 August 2022, and received by IISMA by the end of application date at the latest to be considered as valid. Tests taken prior to this date will not be considered.  Only TOEIC Reading and Listening (LR) Certificates, and affiliated with International Test Center  https://itc-indonesia.com/toeic/ eligible for IISMA application.

To be detected for IISMA application, your name in your TOEIC test result must be the same as your name in your ID Card (KTP), and your final score as well.

TOEIC is only acceptable for Vocational Students applying to specific Host University that accept TOEIC. Please refer to the Host Universities page to see more details.
