UniLaSalle (ULS) is a French non-profit higher education institution (‘Grande école’) founded in 1854 and has been emerging as one of France’s leading knowledge hub in applied sustainable development, agriculture, veterinary medicine, food, environment, geosciences, energy and digital technologies. It is supervised jointly by the French Ministries of Agriculture and Ministry of Education/Research and accredited by the French Commission of Engineering Degrees/EUR-ACE.
Over 500 staff support ULS students, including teacher-researchers, consulting engineers/researchers and administrative staff, and are based on four campuses (in Beauvais, Rouen, Rennes and Amiens). ULS Beauvais is less than 10 minutes from Paris-Beauvais airport and less than one hour from Paris CDG airport (CDG). ULS Rouen is 2 hours from CDG airport and ULS Amiens at 90 minutes. ULS Rennes is less than 10 minutes from Rennes-Saint Jacques airport.
ULS offers the only English-taught Life Science Program in France and runs the first and only fab lab in Agriculture in Europe in cooperation with MIT. In 2022, ULS was ranked as the 1st Agronomy Food school according to Usine Nouvelle 2022 in France and opened the only non-profit veterinary school in France.
Internationally, ULS is a member of the International Association of LaSalle Universities (more than 72 HEI members in 20 countries, more than 500000 students worldwide) and has 257 partners universities in 58 countries.
